What it is
A portable, local-first, model-agnostic AI organization that belongs entirely to its owner. It runs as a single local application designed to behave like a standing team: it restores its state, recalls prior work, and a coordinated set of persistent AI teammates work the owner's requests and return one consolidated result. The models are interchangeable inference engines. The memory, structured, versioned, and auditable, is the durable asset.
